This is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Tony Awards, the American Theatre Wing, The Broadway League, or any nominated production. All show and award names belong to their respective owners.

For entertainment only

Ballots and group leaderboards are for fun. We don’t run a contest of chance and don’t guarantee any prize. Predictions and any results shown are provided for entertainment purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account & conduct

You’re responsible for the email you provide and the activity under it. Don’t misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, submit unlawful or infringing content, or impersonate others. We may suspend or remove access or content at our discretion.

“As is” & limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is $0).

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you save a ballot, sign back in, or create or join a group.
• Your ballot selections and any group name or display name you provide.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site — a sign-in cookie, and standard server logs.

How we use it

To save and let you return to your ballot, send magic-link sign-in emails, run group leaderboards, and send occasional email about the site and the Tony Awards.

Marketing and partners

From time to time we may share — and in some cases sell — information we collect, including your email address, with partners and other third parties, including for their marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time; see “Your choices” below.

Your choices

• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Email riversidedriveventures@gmail.com with the subject “Do Not Sell My Info” and we’ll stop sharing/selling your information.
• Access or delete your data. Email the same address to request a copy of, or deletion of, your ballot and email.
• Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message.

Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to opt out of its sale. We honor these requests at the address above.

Retention

We keep your ballot and email until you ask us to delete them, or until the project winds down after the ceremony.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
